So far I've managed to make a chisel-jawed noble Nord warrior, a middle-aged angry dark elf assassin, and a slimy degenerate wood elf. I'm on the 360, so I don't have access to all the mods mentioned throughout this thread, but it's still possible to make some great-looking faces even on a console.
